Online counselling in a calm, confidential space

My name is Sharondeep Sahota, and I am the founder of Prosper Counselling. I offer online counselling within a confidential and professional space, where you can explore what you are experiencing with openness and without judgement.

At Prosper Counselling, I believe that meaningful change can occur even during life’s most difficult periods. Like a lotus rising through dark waters, healing often develops through challenge, uncertainty, and transition.

Guided by sabr (a Punjabi word meaning patience and resilience), I hold a deep belief in trusting the process of healing. Therapy is not about rushing outcomes, but about gently allowing space for understanding, reflection, and growth at your own pace.
